I understand that participating in sauna, cold plunge, massage, and related wellness activities involves potential risks including, but not limited to, heat stress, dehydration, dizziness, cold shock, and other physical reactions. I confirm I am in suitable health or have consulted a healthcare provider before participating. I will follow all posted rules and staff instructions, and will exit immediately if I feel unwell.
